Interior Painting
All floors and surrounding surfaces are fully covered and protected before the start of each job. Preparation of the walls in any room is key to the best possible results — CFH Painting corrects flaws, fills holes or cracks, and sands down uneven surface areas.
Interior painting covers walls, ceilings, bathrooms, trim, windows, doors, closets, cabinets, crown moldings, baseboards, wainscoting, chair rails, picture frame moldings, coffered ceilings, two-story areas, large great rooms, foyers, and kitchens.
Two full coats of your choice of color and sheen are applied to every surface.
Exterior Painting
Just as with the interior of your home, CFH Painting confirms that your home's exterior is properly prepared before applying the new coat of paint. We also make sure weather conditions are appropriate for the full duration of your exterior painting project, so the finish cures the way it should.
Cabinet Painting
All cabinet doors and hardware are removed, cleaned, and degreased, with any imperfections puttied or caulked. Doors and drawers are taken offsite to a controlled-environment spray booth, where two full coats of oil primer are applied, followed by two full coats in your choice of color.
Epoxy Floor Coatings
We prep the concrete surface and address any cracks or imperfections, then apply a durable epoxy coating built to withstand daily traffic, vehicle fluids, and heavy use — finished with a clean, seamless look for garages and basements.
Power Washing & Deck Staining
The first rinse of the house uses a chlorine/water mix; a second rinse with a soap substrate removes any chlorine or bleach residue. For decks, this two-step wash is followed by a fresh stain or sealant that restores the wood's natural look and protects it from sun, moisture, and everyday wear.
Drywall Replacement
Holes, cracks, water damage, or full sections are cut out, replaced, taped, and sanded smooth — blended seamlessly into the surrounding wall before any paint goes on.
