Interior Painting:

You can expect all floors and surroundings surfaces to be fully covered and protected     before the start of each job. 

Preparation of the walls in any room is absolute key when trying to achieve best possible results. CFH Painting will ensure all flaws are corrected which includes any holes or cracks to be filled and any uneven surface areas to be sanded down. 

All interior painting includes walls, ceilings, bathrooms, trim, windows, doors, closets, cabinets, crown moldings, baseboards, wainscoting, chair rails, picture frame moldings, coffered ceilings, two-story areas, large great rooms and foyers and kitchens. 

Two full coats of the customers choice of color and sheen will be applied.

Exterior Painting 

Just as we do the interior of your home, CFH Painting will confirm that the exterior of your home has been properly prepared prior to applying the new coat of paint. We will also make sure the weather conditions are appropriate for the duration of your exterior house painting project.

Cabinet Painting 

All cabinet doors and hardware will be removed, cleaned and degreased, followed by power sanding and puttying/caulking any imperfections. Cabinet doors and drawers will be taken offsite to a controlled environment spray booth where two full coats of oil primer will be applied followed by two full coats of the customers paint choice.

Power Washing 

First rinse of the house will use a chlorine/water mix. Second rinse of house uses a soap substrate to remove any chlorine/bleach residue.
